Methods for dealing with natural disasters
Earthquake Resistance Project:
The main purpose of earthquake regulations in the world is that if the building is damaged by earthquake, it will not collapse and save the lives of people and components of the building and prevent disaster.
1) Re-check the drawings with the project accounting engineer
2) Supervise the exact execution of the disconnection seam
3) Instructions to style the building using lightweight concrete blocks or 3D panels on the walls
4) Use wall posts in openings over 4 meters
5) Run a rock face in dry form or using a scoop to prevent the viewer from falling
6) Ensure the soil under the foundation is rigid and flush with the control of soil mechanical testing to prevent earth and building subsidence
7) Conduct local and field investigations of adjacent buildings and the presence or absence of wells, aqueducts or groundwater beneath them for drainage
8) Use of shear walls
9) Use concrete foam on the floor of the units to lighten and resist fire
10) Use of steel and concrete vests
11) Use window with upvc profile which is much lighter than metal windows
12) Use of bracelets in steel skeletons
13) Requirement to build steel structure in factory
Fire Fighting:
- For this purpose, fire-resistant paints on walls and ceilings are used in painting the building.
-Use fire alarm and fire protection system
-If a steel structure is used, the following are used: fire-resistant cement, fire-proof sheet and fire-resistant coating used to cover skeletons and ceilings, and its performance mainly depends on the coating thickness, the material substrate and the effect of the material formulation. Depends, and the higher the heat-carrying capacity, the skeleton is destroyed later, giving residents more opportunity to escape, and overall the thicker the steel structure, the thicker the fireproof coating, and the benefits are: Anti-UV and Lack of toxic and dangerous gases
-Using smoke and fire extinguishing systems that prevent smoke and fire from penetrating parts that are not involved in fires during fires, which are used in installations, radiators and ducts, which, according to official statistics, account for 75% of deaths at the time. There are three types of smoke-related choke fires: disruption seams, building facades, and mechanical and electrical openings.
Flood Resistance:
- Sliding under foundation for water passage
-Using nano materials to waterproof foundation concrete and shear walls to prevent water from penetrating them
- Raising the floor of the building during construction
- Impermeable door installation to prevent water from penetrating into the building
- Installation of electrical sockets and sockets at higher altitude
-Using Flood block parts that are much more economical, quality, and effective than sand bags.
-Check the building's plumbing, well valve cone, tank pump, and water backflow valve installation, which prevent heavy water and sewage from returning to the building during heavy rainfall.
Countering Wind, Storm and Tornado:
-Using double glazed glass with polymer coating to prevent crushing and damage
- Planting trees at least 3 meters away from the building
-Using side-facing collapsible shutters
-Using (FRP) Fiber - rein forced polymer
Dealing with the stem:
- Using connecting wire in several strands from the foundation to the roof of the building then connecting it to the well to drain the stem of the stream to the ground
Anti magnetic waves:
Use of anti-wave materials according to American Health Standards (SBM) such as: color, label, Wi-Fi cover, wall paper, anti-wave clothing, etc ... To prevent the impact on the fetus and pregnancy, damage to sperm and increase the likelihood of infertility in men, premature cataracts, increased risk of cancer, etc.
